The only form that we have on our website, uses your data collect your (name, address, phone number and email address). This data is then sent directly over to our backend software in which we use to keep in contact with you. E.G Website proposal, invoices, support tickets.

Third Parties

Your information is stored safely with our customer relationship management software called Zoho Projects. Zoho manage any of the data mentioned above to be collected, in which it links to to our Client Portal so you can safely access your invoices, receipts, and support tickets.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics, to track your IP address when you access our website, and again your IP address will be recorded on our hosting website (coming soon).ng we retain your data

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

For the business to function, your data will be stored safe with our suppliers Stipe (Payment Gateway, which manage bank transactions) and Zoho (Client Records, Support)

How we protect your data

From September 2019, GDPR brought in compliance with digital services and law forced every client that has an account to use Two Way Factor security, which protects your data. This is enabled on our supplier, if you need to manage your invoices (Zoho Invoices), as well as logging into your client control panel, you will be again prompted to use TWF.

Additional to this, we run a seperate Cloud Protect service which scans our customers websites to ensure that your data is fully protected.

What third parties we receive data from

  • Zoho – (Collects your name, address, phone number and email address)
  • Stripe – (Collects temporary your card details unless you opt to save your card details for next time)
  • Google Analytics – (Collects IP address provides us with the way to see who visits our website).
